Ce stage intensif de 3 heures est con\u00e7u pour vous aider \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer votre plein potentiel dans la danse et d\u00e9velopper votre confiance en vous.
\n\u00c0 travers une s\u00e9rie d’exercices de conscience corporelle et d’exploration \u00e9motionnelle, vous apprendrez \u00e0:

This 3-hour intensive workshop is designed to help you unleash your full potential in dance and develop your self-confidence.
\nThrough a series of body awareness and emotional exploration exercises, you’ll learn to:
\n * Better understand your body and the keys to fluid, expressive dance.
\n * Explore and express your emotions through movement, in a safe and caring environment.
\n * Develop self-confidence and confidence on the dance floor.<\/p>\n
This workshop will give you the tools you need to enrich your bachata experience and take it to the next level.<\/p>\n
