2️⃣ Please check you received your registration confirmation on your email box, because your ticket will be sent on the same account.

3️⃣ To complete the registration of your pass, you need to transfer me money within the next 10 days. Please contact me either on facebook chat or contact@djanael.com to arrange the details. Once your payment is received your pass will be confirmed, and you will receive the ticket on your email account.

Lorsque j’ai reçu le paiement je confirme le pass et vous le recevez par email.

IMPORTANT : Vérifiez bien les règles pour modification des pass. Une fois que le pass est confirmé, le festival gère les inscriptions et il n’y aura pas de remboursement de ma part. Pour la revente et changement de nom tout se passe avec le staff du festival.
