Zouk Lab by L&T

🔥Hello guys, we’re very happy for our second edition of Zouk Lab in Lisbon – Portugal l!! 🔥

We did our first edition of this project in January 2023 and it was a fully success and such a beautiful experience, and that’s why we couldn’t wait to make this project once again.
Zouk Lab is an intensive training of 10 hours of training with Thayná and Lucas with assisted practice combined with feedbacks to keep the growth of your dance in all the process + certification.

Friday- 23/02 :

21:00 – 22:30- LAB

22:30 – 01:30 – Zouk Lab Social open for everybody included in the full pass. Charged separately for non participants.

Saturday- 24/02

14:40 – registration

15:00 – 18:00 – LAB

18:00 – 19:00 BREAK

19:00 – 20:00 – LAB

20:00 – 22:00 – ASSISTED PRACTICE only for the participants of the zouk lab.

Sunday 25/02 –

14:30 – 17:00 LAB + closing dynamic

This course is not suitable for completely beginner student .
To participate to this intensive training you need to have clear the content below: Prerequisites:

– Understanding of time;
– Weight transfer;
– Base on the spot and front and back;
– Viradinha;
– Lateral / Corredor;
– Simple turns;
– Waves;
– Soltinho and its variations
– Boomerang and its variations
